No, just the interface has been modified. All the information is the same as before on the official website www.myprepaidcenter.com, just interface is a bit different.

Is providing my personal details to MyPrepaidCenter secure?

Yes, it is absolutely safe to provide your personal details to MyPrepaidCenter. The official portal of My Prepaid Center is highly encrypted.

How shall I activate the MyPrepaidCard?

To register/activate your card, simply visit MyPrepaidCenter.com.

Enter the 16-digit card number, on the top right side of the portal.

Also, submit the expiry date of the card, along with the 3-digit CVV number stamped on the backside of the card.

Check the “I am not a Robot” box.

Tap “Login”.

Do I lose any money on the MyPrepaidCenter Card expiration?

Yes, a small fee is to be paid when your MyPrepaidCenter Card expires. Kindly, have a look at the terms and conditions to prevent the monetary loss.

How do I contact MyPrepaidCenter?

Have a look for the contact details of MyPrepaidCenter:

  1. To report lost or misplaced card, dial 877-227-0956
  2. If you are a Discover cardholder, then dial 888-842-0336 in the US and 801-744-9918 outside the US
  3. If you are a MasterCard cardholder, then dial 888-371-2109 if you are the resident of the United States or 339-234-6415, if you are the resident of Canada
  4. For, Visa cardholders dial 877-610-1075, and the Canada residents dial 801-214-8892
